Coffee and a good meal bring people together, which is exactly why I started Friendship Perk & Brew. As owner, this restaurant is my labor of love for our East End community. From our kitchen’s hearty dishes to signature coffee drinks, everything I serve is designed to make you feel at home. I’ve been on this block since 1959. From chasing milk trucks for ice as a kid to serving you coffee today, I’ve seen this neighborhood evolve. This is where I share the history of the East End.

Veteran Owned

My dream for this shop started in 1983 while I was stationed in the Navy. Today, that discipline and passion go into every roast, every meal, and every friendly conversation at our cafe tables.

My sister JoAnn and I don't take shortcuts. From house-roasting turkeys to making wedding soup the 'real Italian way'—with escarole, never spinach—we treat every plate like it is for our family.
